At HSBC UK we aim to protect our customers as much as possible from Fraud and Cybercrime. One of the best ways to do this is through education and within the Fraud Centre you will be able to find support and guidance, helping to protect you from Fraud and Cybercrime.

Some types of APP scams are covered by the new rules, but others aren’t. We’ll still investigate other types of scams and you may be reimbursed, so it’s important to report them to us.
