We’ve made applying for products and managing your account easier and more convenient using e-signature. This lets you review, sign and submit documents digitally via Business Internet Banking, with no need for time-consuming paperwork.
To get started log on to Business Internet Banking and navigate to Manage Business > Online Forms. Here you can complete forms for tasks like replacing a primary user or registering for business telephone banking, apply for products such as corporate cards and authorise updates including mandates and change of address.
With Dual control, two or more authorised users are required to approve payments and create new secondary users. This helps make your payments more secure and reduces the potential for fraud.
You can use Dual control to authorise bill payments, CHAPS, and Bacs payments within your Business Internet Banking (BIB) dashboard.
If you make international payments from your account, please do not set up Dual control as this feature is not currently supported.
Please note, the primary user won't be able to make any payments or set up new users until a secondary user is set up with payments and admin entitlements, and logged on to BIB.
Payments must be completed on the desktop/browser version of Business Internet Banking.

Whenever you’ve got a simple query that needs a clear answer, use our helpful Chat Assistant. It can quickly search through around 900 frequently asked questions to provide the information you need.
If our Chat Assistant can’t find the answer, you can choose to chat with one of our helpful agents (they're available 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 2pm on Saturday). Outside of opening hours one of our agents will reply to your query as soon as possible – usually within 2 hours. Simply carry on with your day as you await a reply.
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information helps keep your account secure. Whenever your details change, you can update them quickly within Business Internet Banking online and in-app. Here’s how:
Log on to Business Internet Banking on your computer. Select ‘Account services’ and then ‘Business contact details’. Select ‘Change’ for the details you’d like to update and follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively, for changes on the move, use the app. Select ‘More’ and then ‘Business contact details’ and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your new details.
